Loic has been involved in boxing and kickboxing for about 6 years now. Loic had also been a personal fitness trainer for 4 years prior to that. Loic slimmed down 35 lbs to get in fighting shape and throughout that process Boxing and Kickboxing changed his life. It taught Loic the importance of mindset, flexibility and mental toughness. Loic believes it is the best workout anyone can do because it is not only functional but it is fun and challenging as well.
