Kerensa Elzy has been practicing Ashtanga, Iyengar and Vinyasa yoga for 25 years. She obtained her RYT 200 while living in Boston through Yogaworks Teacher Training. Her style of teaching is friendly, motivating and challenging through a powerful Vinyasa flow. Yoga is much more than a perfect asana (pose); it is breath, mind and body. Her lifelong mission is to create sustainable and accessible opportunities to practice yoga for all.
