Hi I’m Jeremy and I’ve been boxing since I was 12 years old and I am a recent graduate at the University of Maryland, where I specialized in Kinesiology, anatomy, biology and psychology. Throughout my high school and college years I would compete on and off. After becoming immersed in the world of boxing I found that I love to educate and guide beginners and non-beginners about this skill. My workouts target cardiovascular health, muscle strengthening/endurance, and enhancing fighting/punching IQ.
